Deal Submission
Once you have a signed Purchase Agreement, fill out the short form linked above. We will then email an additional information request, pertaining to your due diligence and a third-party opinion of value.
Coordinated Review
If the deal fulfills our preliminary investment criteria, our team will rapidly perform our own due diligence to ensure we can underwrite the deal. If approved, we'll send you our land funding agreement for your review and electronic signature. Of course, we will answer any questions regarding our process and deal terms to ensure your 100% understanding and comfort.
Purchase and Sale
We'll work with you to open escrow with a well-regarded title company or attorney, and manage the closing process, with our company listed as the title owner of the property, after our funds are wired. In most cases, we will generally recommend utilizing a local licensed agent to facilitate the marketing and sale of the property. At the point of an agreed-upon sale, we'll manage the close, send you a profit split calculation for your approval, and then you will receive that profit via wire directly from our company after the close, saving time and money from unnecessary title company/attorney expenses.
