What I’m thinking about: AI tech explosion has transformed our operations over the past few months, and been accelerating. How I approached my day-to-day just three weeks ago feels prehistoric.

Biggest takeaway: Eliminating typing in virtually every part of my business. Using Wispr Flow to dictate across all text fields. I’m writing this email by speaking, then using Claude to format based on past newsletters.
Dramatically accelerating content production across multiple platforms. Same digestible value. My voice. Such a breath of fresh air.
Combining the new sped-up version of Land Pricer with these AI audio tools has cut down my average deal review and comm’s time to ~6-8 minutes, meaning we have the capacity to review 100+ deals every day as needed.
Haven’t taken a day off in months. Growth focus demands it. That schedule inevitably leads to burnout, but I was pushing through.
Got a second wind now. Much more efficient with daily tasks. Everything feels less manual. Already mapped next several months of AI systems we’ll build to continue this accelerated momentum.
Not on board with AI yet? Your loss will be inevitable. Biggest opp to seize more market share exists pre-mass (sophisticated) adoption. This is the moment. Soon enough, those leveraging AI to its fullest will pull ahead and eat. your. lunch. Be aware.
